does the 'Caldari strategic cruiser skill' have any effect on a tengu's DPS, my tengu's DPS kinda sucks and since my CSC skill is only at 1, and all my subsystems are 4, I was wondering if that could be the reason why.

Can a single chimera tank C5 rats? If so does anyone have a fit? I am in a C5 currently but we only have a limited amount of people (3) is there any way we can run it, only 1 can fly a chimera, the others are at BS level
